Orders under $300: Free Standard Shipping
Orders $300 and above: Flat rate $50–$75, depending on order size and destination. Shipping rates provided at checkout.
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via FedEx Ground.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
Rush/Expedited shipping available upon request. Please contact us support@vogo-na.com or using the live chat option for any rush shipping requests.

Returns

We accept returns for unused and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
