Shipping

• Orders under $300: Free Standard Shipping
• Orders $300 and above: Flat rate $50–$75, depending on order size and destination. Shipping rates provided at checkout. 
• Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via FedEx Ground.
• Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
• Rush/Expedited shipping available upon request. Please contact us support@vogo-na.com or using the live chat option for any rush shipping requests. 

Returns

• We accept returns for unused and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery
• To initiate a return, contact us at support@vogo-na.com
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
