PRICING & PAYMENT
Pricing, payment timing, and accepted payment methods depend on the account and purchasing channel.

All prices are FOB Tuckahoe, New York, as listed.

Payment is due Net 30 days from the date of invoicing, except for products purchased through the VOGO online store.
New accounts must provide payment information before order processing.
If payment is not received within 30 days, the credit card on file will be automatically charged.

Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, FOB Tuckahoe, New York, at prevailing rates.
Shipping costs for online orders placed through shop.vogo-group.com are calculated at checkout.
Online-store orders cannot be shipped outside the United States or to U.S. territories, including Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
VIEW SHIPPING INFORMATIONRETURN REQUIREMENTS
Return claims must meet the applicable timing, condition, authorization, and shipping requirements.

Claims for damages, refunds, or exchanges must be made within 30 business days of receipt.

Products must be returned in like-new condition with all original packing materials.

New products are covered by VOGO North America’s standard one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
