Orders

Orders can be submitted via:

Order Confirmation

All orders will be confirmed by email within 48 hours of receipt.

Pricing

All prices are FOB Tuckahoe, NY, as listed.

Payment Terms

  • Net 30 days from the date of invoicing, except for products purchased through our online store at shop.vogo-group.com
  • New accounts must provide payment information prior to order processing.
  • Checks should be made payable to:

    25 Main Street, 3rd Floor, Tuckahoe, NY 10707
  • If payment is not received within 30 days, the credit card on file will be automatically charged.

Pre-Payment Terms

  • Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • No COD shipments

Shipping

  • Orders are shipped via FedEx Ground, FOB Tuckahoe, NY, at prevailing rates.
  • Shipping costs for online orders (shop.vogo-group.com) are calculated at checkout.
  • Online store orders cannot be shipped outside the U.S. or to U.S. territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands).

Returns

  • Claims for damages, refunds, or exchanges must be made within 30 business days of receipt.
  • Products must be returned in “like-new” condition with all original packing materials.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs; a restocking fee may apply.
  • All returns must include a completed Return Authorization Form. Contact us at (914) 337-2167 or support@vogo-na.com to request a form.

This includes liability for lost profits, business interruption, or any consequential, special, direct, indirect, or punitive damages.
